Root Beers #081 - I, Brony

Okay. Here's the item. It was a Tuesday evening, in September 2012, and I've been looking at the fan art and videos of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" for many months. So, I've dediced to take a look at the actual show, myself. So, I've watched the first two episodes and I like it. So, I've scripted this comic, based on one of the sketches from "Monty Python's Fliegender Zirkus", a few months ago and I've drawn the actual comic, a few weeks ago, and here it is. Enjoy, and live with it, as much as possible, instead of complaining about the rubbish writing.

Root Beers #080 - Problem 7B

Hallo, Eurokatt's here. Well, here I am, recovering, not from this year's Eurovision Song Contest in Malmo, Sweden (Well done, Denmark, by the way.), but from the postponed proposed closure of the Greek broadcaster of the European Broadcasting Union, ERT, who is the host broadcaster of Eurovision 2006 in Greece. Anyway, as soon as things calmed down, I shall be bringing you my new series of postcards from the seven countries who joined the Eurovision handicap in the Seventies and Eighties. But enough of my problems, here's this week's episode of Root Beers, guest starring the Metropole Orchestra of the Netherlands, who performed the music in Eurovision 1980, hosted at The Hauge, in the Netherlands, To listen to the music, search "Eurovision 1980 - End of transmission 2" on YouTube, click on the link and listen to the fun. It is funky, believe me. And finally, the joke featured is from an episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus, made by the BBC at the now-defunct BBC Television Centre, who hosted the Eurovision Song Contest 1963. (That's enough, Eurokatt. Love, Al Welch)

Root Beers #079 - it is good to Be BaCk

Good evening, it's nice to be back.
In this new series, there'll be new characters, new Bunnzies, new jokes AND a new masthead, for you to gaze at. There's even a copyright notice at the bottom of the masthead. "Why?", you may ask. Because, people can see the comic, whatever the size it makes. So, here's the first come-back comic, with Ally Bobcat, Robin Day Bunnzie and Tim Tiger, not to be confused with Tiger Tim, a children's comic book character of the mid-1910s to the mid-1930s.
