Well, the end is near for 2015, and so I cooked up a review of that year.
Those who wonder what was some of the people names on the R.I.P. section, why not search them up on Google or any other search engine.
Thank you, and a have a Happy New Year.
A sort of comic where anything could happen beyond the imagination, at some point.

Root Beers #133: Must They Know It’s Quitting Time?
Hello, there. It is Boxing Day, and what we see was not a pretty sight.
The Christmas Party was over and Ally Bobcat and Carol Woole was not amused.
What caused the un-amusement of these two? Find out in this comic.
Hope you had a good Christmas, this year. And STOP doing that. Don't you think that new phone suffered enough?
Anyway, I've received a new mobile tablet for Christmas, along with a few books, DVDs, Lush soaps and a pair of socks.
New promotion comic will be coming your way later this day.

Root Beers #132: Very Xmas Telly
Here it is, the last comic before Christmas and boy, am I tired. Weeks of gymnastic displays and university work, but thank goodness it is the Christmas holidays. And this comic is about what to watch on Christmas television, if possible.
Big shout-outs to Granitoons, youlittlemonkey, JimmyCartoonist, LaptopGeek, theEvstar, Silnat, Rhodenris, EarthvstheDerek and SimonCaneplz.
Merry Christmas!

Root Beers #131: Announcement from G-Tel!
I knew this album is not available for reals. But, this might parodies some of the problems we might face during the holiday season, so no trouble, there.
With apologies to Howard Blake, Raymond Briggs, the estate of Dr Seuss, K-Tel and the guys behind 'Winter Wonderland'.

Root Beers #130: E.L.F. Union Guild 353
In this comic, we see a couple of elves resembling Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, complaining about the digital age of Christmas shopping. Then, a bunch followed, looking like (from l-r) French, Noir, Muppet, Rankin-Bass, Fleischer and Aardman.
This strip celebrates not only the 30th anniversary of "Santa Claus: the Movie" (with Dudley Moore) but also the 60th anniversary of the merger of AFL and CIO. (Which is why there's the I-A-T-S-E logo on the masthead)

Root Beers #129: After [expletive deleted] Friday
Hello, there. Hope you having a safe weekend, from all this Black Friday madness.
But, this painter, mentioned on this strip, had enough trouble with Black Friday shoppers.
That's why this year's painting was based on that.
There's a reference to last year's painting: http://root-beers.blogspot.co.uk/2014/12/advent-2014-day-4-art-of-xmas-shopping.html

Newsflush 25/11/2015
Hello, once again.
Well, we're almost at the end of the year, and I've been doing a ton of work on my webcomic. Not only this season but also the next season, which will start on 17th September 2016, so no trouble there. I'm also doing some work for University on my second year of the Illustration course, which may have an impact on my other digital stuff. But, we will have to find out what will happen next, after some theory essay. In other news, days after my last journal, I went on holiday in Carlisle and Cumbria for a week, with my Mum. We went around not only Carlisle but also Penrith, Silloth, and Beamish. Finally, I would like to express how shocked I was to hear about the awful things which have happened in Paris, France. Our hearts goes out to the victims. Now, if you excuse me, I got to go and prepare some stuff for tomorrow's presentation and gymnastics.
Toodles. Al Welch.

Root Beers #128: Fangs-giving
Oh, come on, you guys! There must be an easier way to celebrate Thanksgiving with a sense of humour! And this week's head mast celebrate the life of Ghostbuster's Harold Ramis on would have been his 61st birthday.

Root Beers #127: RootBeersthon
We give our condolences to families and friends of the victims.
So, then. Today's the day after the BBC Children in Need telethon. This year's telethon raised £5 million more than last year's telethon. I enjoyed some of the bits on that programme, especially Harry Hill's take on television.
And so here's my take on the telethon itself. Any resemblance to any banker is purely accidental.
Also, with Southampton's libraries and 5p for bags, this is quite topical. (I think.)
Today marked the 93rd anniversary of BBC Radio. That's why the BBC microphone was on the masthead.

Root Beers #126: Not Quite Topical
It has been two days since Bonfire Night and only four days until Remembrance Day (11th Nov), so here is this week's comic strip which takes place seven months after the previous general election of the United Kingdom. Hence the gag line. Enjoy.

Satirical Announcement
Since last week's comic was uploaded before I saw the news on Geoffrey Howe's death, I thought to make up a satirical tribute comic, based on the sketch from Spitting Image. (That was originally done after Howe's resignation that led to the downfall of Thatcherism, in 1990.)
The reason why this is short is that because Geoffrey Howe is portrayed on Spitting Image as 'boring, bland and often talked to sheep'. So, no surprise there.
But hey, whoever said that 'satire is gone'?

Root Beers #122: Cartoon Horse Parody Play
"Now on Discovery Family, My Little Bunnzie: Root Beers is Magic". Yea, that's what we thought we want.
In celebrating the fifth anniversary of "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic"., I have composed this birthday comic, in which Ally Bobcat and Carol Woole are playing (YES, playing) with their My Little Pony toys.
The brown speech bubbles with text the colour of the ponies are spoken by Ally Bobcat.
The light green speech bubbles with text the colour of the ponies are spoken by Carol Woole.
The entire comic is put together on Microsoft Powerpoint for Mac, which will explain why this comic is a bit smaller than normal.

Root Beers #121: nice to Be BaCk
Hello. It's nice to be back.
It's been fifty days since I uploaded the last comic and here we are, a new season yet about to start.
Here we see (l-r) Morti Mouse, Tim Tiger, Ally Bobcat, Carol Woole, Fredrick Foxx and Nick Bunnzie drinking root beer (I must thank my dad for this laff) and discussing new ideas for this season. Oh, and they're being joined by a new character for the new season, Wallie the Dodo. So, then. A new season has begun.
(And my apologies for the rush in colouring, too.)

Root Beers #120: A Barmy Finale
Well, this is it. The last comic of this season. This is where we see two schoolboys from issue 100, complaining like housewives (or Pepperpots) as usual, a return of an old comic strip , fourth wall breaking and a deleted scene form "Talkative Furry".
But, before you could chuck your coffee cup onto your computer screen,
just wanted to remind you that the next season of Root Beers will start on 3rd October, 2015.
Until then, try and prepare for any comic popping up from this season.
Bye for now, and PLEASE buy the stuff from RedBubble.

Root Beers #119: Dalek-tic
One of my plans for this month and next month is first, do next week's comic, take a week's holiday in Cumbria, then finishes off the lost remaining comics of the season and then, make some promotions for the next season, which begins on 3rd October 2015.
Those who don't know what this comic's about, this will explain. Twenty-four years ago, today, the Warsaw Radio Mast (the world's tallest structure at that time) was collapsed. And I think the jealous Dalek is more far than pleased. :ICONDalekPLZ: (Pissed, if you ask me.)
For more information on the Warsaw Mast, here's a Wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warsaw_radio_mast

Newsflush 02/08/2015
Hello, everyone.
Well, it's been seven months and ten days since I last did this newsflush, so I thought I might give some of the important stuff that I have done over the seven months.
First off, this is the first newsflush to be done on my MacBook Pro, on which I received, thanks to a Disabled Students' Allowance. Those who wandering why there was a lack of numbered comics, it's because first, I have some terrible cold and second, I has so many essays and art projects at University that has to be done. Luckily, I got good grades, there.
Anyway, just to let you know that this current season of Root Beers will end on Saturday 15th August 2015, but the new season of Root Beers will begin on Saturday 3rd October. The new season will includes thirty-eight episodes, which are being thought up and written and, as of 02/08, ten episodes are done and ready for drawing.
Also, I'm doing a little work on the Root Beers calendar, which will be available on Redbubble, soon.
Plus, you can go and buy some stuff with my artwork on on Redbubble. http://www.redbubble.com/people/rootbeers1992
Well, that's my newsflash for today. Now if you excuse me, I must drink my coffee, because otherwise it'll might get cold.
Have a good summer, goodnight.

Root Beers #118: Of Flowers and Trees
First off, if you're wondering who the female cat is, and was during some of the previous artwork, this will answer your question.
Meet Carol Woolé. She's the girlfriend of Ally Bobcat.
Originally, I was going to introduce her on a 2-parter Valentine's comic, but haven't had enough time, due to a massive essay that was done by late February, this year.
I also tried to introduce her on a bike ride, for the V.E. Day comic. This has also been unfinished.
My basis for the Carol Woolé character were from "Rhonda Flowers" from the Scott Pilgrim series, and a friend from my Illustration course at University.
Anyway, here's Carol and her boyfriend, Ally Bobcat, finished watching "Flowers and Trees", a Walt Disney Silly Symphony cartoon which was done in three-strip Technicolor, released eighty-three years and two days ago, and won the first Oscar for Best Animated Short, later that year.
So, let's that be a lesson to you, Ally. Never criticise a cartoon that your girlfriend likes!
And don't forget, you can buy some stuff of mine at: http://www.redbubble.com/people/rootbeers1992

Root Beers #117: Police and Thank You
Well this week, Britain saw a growing number of children in public places. The reason? The schools are out for the summer holidays. Good news for teachers, terrible news for peaceful people. This is why, in this week's comic, Sgt. Poodle is checking her list on how to handle children during the summer holidays, much to PC Dimbleby's confusion. Also appearing, Dr. Robotnik from "AoSTH". Enjoy.

Root Beers #115: HOT off the Press...
There are many newspapers that tell us stories about the Great British Heatwave, and this is a foolproof parody.
Also, we were shocked by last fortnight's tragedy involving 30 British lives, taken in a beach near Sousse, Tunisia.
Melted ice-cream truck image was searched upon Google Images and found it on this webpage, http://www.thisiscolossal.com/2012/06/melting-ice-cream-truck-by-the-glue-society/
Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Root Beers #113: A Simple Farm Routine
Here we see some sheep at Codgers Farm, eating some grass. Much more environmentally friendly than some of the grass cutter nonsense. I think it's been a while since I last drew these characters from The Farmies. Anyway, enjoy the grassiness of this strip.

Root Beers #112: Solstice for Fun
This comic is to celebrate the summer solstice,
with Ally Bobcat and Fredrick Foxx wondering what's this summer is up to.

Sandvich Bobcat - STAY TUNED
While we see Ally Bobcat sitting on his drawing desk, eating a TF2 sandwich and drinking BONK! Energy Drink, I can tell you that over the summer, I would be trying to finish up the unfinished comics that were supposed to be done by their date.
So, very sorry for those who waited and thank you for your patience.

Root Beers #109: Book Fortress Deux
In this bookshop, we found a mash-up between Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (which is 150 years old) and Fifty Shades of Grey (whose sequel doesn't sound good in the reviews, as also the original book). Strange, isn't it?
Saturday, 16 May 2015
Root Beers #107: MPPDA No.160590
This comic strip is paying tribute to the Jim Henson, who died on this day on 1990. This also shows the dangers of doing too much drinking coffee during work.
Saturday, 25 April 2015
Root Beers #104: The War of the Lambs
Here we see Cumbrian sheep about to throw custard at whatever something is not funny.
Speaking as a Cumbrian-born cartoonist, this is counting down from ten to three, the way Cumbrian count their sheep.
Thank you.

Root Beers #103: Talkative Furry
Inspired by one of the episodes of Seth MacFarlane's Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xiYzZz9_X6s), this comic features 17 characters. Fifteen characters are new, while two characters were re-used from this oldie: http://bunnziebungo.deviantart.com/art/Root-Beers-No-2-Repeats-171798225. Sigh, good times.
On deviantART, this comic strip was created to say: Thank you for over 10,000 page views. I'd hope that you have enjoyed reading them and much as I enjoy drawing them.

Root Beers #100: Hip-Hip-Boorah?
Well, folks. It have been almost five years, but I have made it. The 100th Root Beers comic strip, and just in time for the start of the Easter Weekend, too. Based on a sketch originally written by Monty Python, this episode have eight (of nineteen) panels done traditionally with a black pen and colouring pens. Thanks to everyone who have read this comic strip for nearly five years. Hope you all enjoyed reading them as much as I enjoyed making them. (I don't think...)

Root Beers #97 - One Day at the Opticians
Hello, once again. My apologies for missing out on a Valentine's Day two-parter. This is because I finished off the essay and my cough slash cold is starting to creep in again.
Anyway, this comic strip is to celebrate over twenty years of the Channel Tunnel with this small historic joke. Enjoy.

Root Beers #93 - Coffee Bookshop?
Hello, everyone.
Yes, I'm back in business with a new series of comics, jokes and cultures.
How? A few days ago, I have found Paintbrush on my new MacBook Pro, and now Root Beers is here, ready to start again.
In this rubbish, Ally Bobcat and Fredrick Foxx are discussing the form of drinking coffee and reading a book.
Not simply an art, isn't it? What a novel idea.
